Review : CELLNIQUE Intensive Hydro Repair Elixir

  Cellnique started in 1997 with a unique brand concept. They are the first beauty saloon brand product line that blended medical into skin care products and provided in-depth beauty knowledge to their customers. Some of you may have seen or known of the beauty saloon Cres or Cres Slimming Center or the much talked about Sebum Action Sebum Gel. These products are popular for eliminating blackheads and whiteheads.

 I have the pleasure to be given a product 'Intensive Hydro Repair Elixir' from Cellnique to be reviewed. It is contains high concentrated Snail Mucin and Hyaluronic Acid that is designed to regenerate and repair the skin cells, restoring the skin to its original healthy state. It also provides ample hydration and enhances moisture retention capacity of the skin. A vibrant, firmer, and smoother appearance will be achieved with continuous use.

The texture is a bit sticky but it is waterbase serum but once it is applied to my skin, it is quickly absorbed into the skin which leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. As you can see from the picture above, it is clear and watery. It hasn't got any smell to it which is good as I don't like strong smelling face products.

After using it for about 10 days, I realised that my skin has become more hydrated and and not so dull anymore. I used to have very oily skin and now I feel more confident! The picture on the right is not edited and I only had my eyes and eyebrows drawn. Of course the picture on the left is not edited too.

The main active ingredients are :

Snail Mucin
•	Snail slime is a complex mixture of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans, glycoprotein enzymes, hyaluronic acid, copper peptides, antimicrobial peptides and trace elements including copper, zinc and iron.

                                                                                                   

Hyaluronic Acid
•	A powerful water binding agent which able to give skin 1,000 times more hydration. When Hyaluronate acid is applied on the surface of the skin, it forms a permeable layer to lock in moisture, leaving skin a healthy and youthful appearance.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3 (Syn-Coll)
•	Syn-Coll is a synthetic peptide designed to stimulate the skin's natural mechanism to produce collagen. It is based on a small peptide developed to reduce any type of wrinkles. Clinical trials have shown that Syn-Coll is capable of reducing and changing the type and aspect of wrinkles that add years to your appearance
